About Clevalor and Our Operating Entity
Clevalor is the store brand. The store and website are operated by Kunming Huachen Zhixin Technology Co., Ltd., the legal entity behind Clevalor. Kunming Huachen Zhixin Technology Co., Ltd. is registered at Unit 221, 2nd Floor, Building 3, Qianyunhui Business Center, Yiliu Subdistrict Office, Guandu District, Kunming City, Yunnan Province. When we say "we," "us," or "our" on this site, we mean Clevalor as operated by Kunming Huachen Zhixin Technology Co., Ltd.
Our Mission
We are not trying to build the biggest store on the internet. We are trying to build one that people actually enjoy coming back to. Clevalor started in 2026 in Kunming, Yunnan, with a small team and a straightforward focus: holiday décor and festive lighting. We keep our catalog tight, we look at every product before it ships, and we would rather explain what a piece is really like than oversell it. If you are decorating a porch, a doorway, a table, or a tree, we want the process to feel easy, not like a gamble.
What We Actually Sell
We are a holiday décor store. Our products include hanging ornaments, festive light fixtures and string lights, and related decorative pieces for doorways, walls, tables, trees, windows, and garden paths. We focus on warm, coordinated colors — cream, evergreen, cranberry, and gold — so pieces can be combined across rooms and outdoor spaces without much effort.
Our Team and Background
We are a small, hands-on team based in Kunming, Yunnan, and we work directly with manufacturers rather than through agents. Because we hold our own inventory in our own warehouses, we can inspect products ourselves, control packing quality, and keep costs down without adding middlemen. We are new, and we are still learning — but every order is handled by people who actually care whether it arrives in good shape.
To our customers, we promise:
• Low Prices: We work with manufacturers directly. We cut out any unnecessary costs to give you the no-frills prices you see!
• Quality Assurance: What you see is what you get! We manually quality check everything that we sell before it’s being packed and shipped to you!
• Privacy: We implement a strict policy on controlling and limiting access to your personal information.
Best price and Quality products
As you know, one of the reasons why we incorporated this online store is to provide the best quality products to our customers at the lowest price. Unlike conventional sellers, we have our own warehouses, and there is no agent involved in the procurement process. Eventually, we are able to cut the unnecessary cost, and we would love to pass that benefit on to our customers.
Payment Security and Privacy (PayPal and SSL Certificate)
Your online transaction on Clevalor is secure with the highest levels of transaction security. Our store uses SSL encryption technology to protect your card information while securely transmitting it by SSL directly to a secure electronic vault for payment processing. We use Paypal as a payment gateway, which is the safest. We never share our customer’s data with the third party in any ways. Data collected are only used for processing and delivering the orders.
